TAC review architectural designs for compliance. We prepare a report summarising the requirements, identifying issues, and providing recommendations. Additionally, we mark up the drawings with comments and provide these to you for ease of reference.

    Access Audits

    Compliance Inspections, and Insurance Reports

TAC includes Tasmanian Access Audits. We inspect premises to check compliance. You may want to be more inclusive to create a safer, more accessible environment. Or there may have been an accident or a complaint made. Or work may have been completed without a building permit, and those who want to know how to fix it. Eitherway, we can help.

    Performance Solution Reports

    Determinations and Performance-based Compliance

Performance Solutions can be used to provide a more creative and flexible solution. Sometimes, it is not possible to meet the building code prescriptive requirements. Other times, it may not be desirable, or structurally possible. We are expects at problem-solving these issues.

Pre-Purchase Inspections and Due Diligence Reports

We help clients reduce risk by checking a building before they sign contracts and leases.

A Due Diligence Report can help avoid a costly mistake or an issue that may cause delays in the project.

    Feasibility Reports

    Professional Opinions

The building and disability legislation is getting more and more complex and there are many exemptions and concessions hidden within these building codes and standards. We help project stakeholders cut through these requirements and provide a clear interpreation of the minimum requirements.

    Building Surveyor Checklist Reviews

Sometimes you may just want a second opinion. Your building surveyor may have given you a checklist or report with a number of accessibility items listed.

We can help resolve these issues and develop a strategy to resolve each item.
